1 Large Onion
2Medium Tomatoes' Puree
3 Green Chillies
1 bay leaf
1tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1tbsp Coriander Powder
1tbsp Cumin Powder
1tbsp Garam Masala
1/2tbsp Turmeric Powder
2tbsp Cashew Paste
2tbsp Kasuri Methi
2tbsp Fresh Cream
Fry the Paneer and Cashew until Golden Brown on low flame
Pour 2tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 Cumin,Bay leaf, Cardamom and Cloves on medium flame for 30seconds. Add very finely chopped onion and saute until reddish brown. Add green chillies and fry until onion turns golden brown.
Add 1tbsp each of Red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste and 1/2tbsp Turmeric Powder and fry the masala on low flame.
Add the tomato puree, mix and let it simmer for 10mins until all the water has evaporated and oil starts to appear. At this stage add 1 glass water and let it simmer for another 10minutes while covering the lid.
Add Cashew Paste and let it cook throughouly for 2mins
Add Paneer and Cashew and let it cook for 5minutes
Add Kasuri Methi and Cream. Serve fresh and hot with Naan
