Ingredients

  • 10 oz butter

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup butter

  • 12-14 tbsp ice cold water

Directions

    Using a food processor, mix together dry ingredients.

    Cube butter and mix with dry ingredients until mixture resembles wet sand.

  • 03

    Add water by the spoonful until slightly too dry dough forms.

  • 04

    Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for about an hour or longer.
