Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Paneer- 100 Grams


  • Green peas - 1 cup


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon


  • Onion sliced - 1 cup


  • Fresh Tomato puree - 1 cup (4 medium tomatoes)


  • Green chillies - 4 to 5


  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon


  • Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon


  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon


  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon


  • Oil - 2 tablespoon


  • Water - 1 cup


  • Salt 1/2 spoon


  • Cumin seeds - 1 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
  • Add in onions and chopped green chillies and Saute until translucent. Now in goes a pinch of salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well until raw smell goes.
  • Now add tomato puree, green peas, paneer and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add water and bring to boil.
  • Bring to slow flame and close the lid. Cook for 5 min. At this stage add salt to taste.
  • Transfer to a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with your family....
