chopply cut cabbage,carrot ,garlic and onion
add oil to pan then add garlic ,cabbage,carrot and onion don't fry long time
then add pepper ,at last when flame is off add soya sauce,and salt
add 1 cup maida and salt and keep it for 30 minutes
make small balls and by stretching it add the mixer partly to each and every balls make different shapes of your choice
at last by brushing oil over it and steam it.
serve it hot with chutney and soup!!!
