Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 Chicken Breast


  • 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


  • 2tbsp Garlic Powder


  • 1tbsp Pepper


  • 1tbsp Salt


  • 2tbsp Onion Powder


  • 2tbsp Chilli Flakes


  • 2tbsp Oregano


  • 2tbsp of any Spices


  • 4tbsp Corn flour


  • 2tbsp Schezwan Sauce


  • 2tbsp Olive Oil


  • 2 Doritos Chips Packets


  • 2tbsp Kasuri Methi for garnish

Directions

  • Cut the chicken into 1.5inch wide Fingers and soak in Salt Water for 15mins.
  • Add the chicken to all the Spices, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Olive oil and Schezwan Sauce and mix in a bowl. Let it marinate for 2hours minimum.
  • Crush the Doritos and place them on a flat surface. Coat the Chicken evenly with excess crushed Doritos and freeze them for another 2hours.
  • Preheat the airfryer at 160°C for 5mins. Place the chicken in the airfryer for 8-10mins.
  • Garnish with Kasuri Methi and Tomato Ketchup.
