Cut the chicken into 1.5inch wide Fingers and soak in Salt Water for 15mins.
Add the chicken to all the Spices, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Olive oil and Schezwan Sauce and mix in a bowl. Let it marinate for 2hours minimum.
Crush the Doritos and place them on a flat surface. Coat the Chicken evenly with excess crushed Doritos and freeze them for another 2hours.
Preheat the airfryer at 160°C for 5mins. Place the chicken in the airfryer for 8-10mins.
Garnish with Kasuri Methi and Tomato Ketchup.
