Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 bowl cooked rice

  • 2-3 boiled potatoes

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1/2 chopped green red yellow capsicum

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1.5 teaspoon Red chili powder

  • 1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder

  • 1.5 teaspoon chat masala

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder

  • 2 tablespoon besan

  • 1 tablespoon rice flour

  • 250 ml oil for frying

Directions

    Take one bowl cooked rice and boiled potatoes

  • 02

    Take chopped onion and capsicum

  • 03

    Mash potatoes and rice add all veggies, spices and mix well

  • 04

    Add besan, rice flour and mix well

  • 05

    Take small portion and make shapes of ur wish and fry in pan

  • 06

    Rice cutlets ready to serve with chutney
