2 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
1.5 teaspoon hing
1.5 teaspoon mustard seeds
1.5 teaspoon saunf
1.5 teaspoon jeera
1.5 teaspoon methi seeds
Directions
Cut mango in pieces
Take masala in pan roast it n grind it
Take oil let it become hot and switch off the gas add turmeric powder Red chili powder and hing add salt
Add pieces of raw mango
Add the grinded masala and mix well and cover it for 5 minutes on medium flame
Raw mango pickle ready to serve
