  • 4-5 potatoes


  • 2 carrots


  • 1-2 zucchinis


  • 2 onions


  • 1 can chickpeas


  • 1 olive oil


  • 1 salt krupna


  • 1 spices


  • 1 garlic


  • 0.1 can use: eggplant, sweet potatoes, cauliflower


  • 0.1 good with avocado

Directions

  • Preheat oven 425*F
  • Peal and cut the potatoes - small cubes 1 onion - small pieces carrots - small cubes
  • Dry chickpeas - oil the pan - put chickpeas and onions - add salt pepper - put in the oven for a little bit
  • Dry small potato cubes - put in bowl with carrots - "marinate" them - oil salt pepper spices
  • Take out the pan with chickpeas onions - add marinated potatoes carrots - mix put in the oven for 20 minutes
  • Clean 1 garlic cut zucchini - slices 1 onion - slices
  • Take out the pan - add garlic mix - add zucchini onion slices krupna sol on top - cover with aluminum foil - put in the oven for 15 min
  • When done put to broil for 5 min
