  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour or maida, 3 tablespoon Greek yoghert, blueberry 10 pcs , 1/4 tsp baking soda,1/2 tsp baking powder, lemon zest, lemon juice 2 drops, vanilla essence 1 seal head measurement drop, half n half milk 1/8 cup, high fat milk 7 tblespoon , nutmeg powder teaspoon, cinnamon powder 1 tsp, elaichi pods seeds, almonds, walnuts, of your choice, dry cake fruit mix,butter, white oil, baking tray, parchment paper, ghee, brown sugar, batasha or sugar, a pinch salt

Directions

  • Take a mixture grinder grind nuts and blueberry with milk. And keep aside, keep other half nuts and few whole blueberry aside. Now in mixture bowel add all ingredients and gradually mix milk ,brown sugar, batasha or white sugar, cake fruit mix and butter, white oil, take a parchment paper rub butter with ghee add mixture it should be thick consistency add nuts, fruit mix, cut half blueberry, add 1 tsp white oil on top of mixture and bake it at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 40 mins check in between
