Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 tsp oil

Directions

  • In large bowl, add wheat flour, salt and knead the dough using milk and water. Add oil and keep aside for 10 mins
  • Take a small ball, roll the ball to roti. Brush oil and some wheat flour on the roti.
  • Now pleat the roti using both the hands and form a long pleated strip. Now roll the strip lengthwise like a Swiss roll. Make a roti of this pleated roll
  • Cook paratha on both side with some oil. Serve with chicken gravy or paneer gravy
