In a large bowl add maida and knead the dough with required water and keep aside.
In kadai add 1 tsp of oil, add carrot, cabbage, corn and stir fry them. Add salt, pepper powder and chat masala. Saute till the veggies are cooked. Once cooked turn off flame and add mayonnaise and mix well
Make small balls of dough and roll them in small circular shape. Add stuffing in middle of them and give the desired shape to momos.
Heat the steamer or idli maker and steam moms for 10 mins till the cover becomes transparent
Serve with schezwan chutney or ketchup
