Boil 100ml water and add 1tbsp Baking Soda.
In another pan, add 2tbsl oil and 1/2tbsp Turmeric Powder and let it cook for 1minute.
In a bowl, add 1cup Corn Meal, 1/2cup Maida, boiled water and turmeric oil. Kneed into a soft dough. The dough should detach and attach very easily.
Drizzle with some oil, cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 15minutes.
Roll the dough in between plastic sheets and applying oil. Make sure it's as thin as possible and cut into triangles.
Deep fry these in medium hot oil until crispy, golden brown. You can also use an air fryer at 170°C for 7-10minutes.
