Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup Wheat flour

  • 1 bowl oil

  • 1 cup water to make dough

  • 1/2 bowl palak

  • 1/2 bowl methi

  • 1/2 bowl coriander leaves

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 salt to taste

  • 1 tsp chat masala or as to taste

  • 1 bowl grated cheese

Directions

    Mix wheat flour, chopped palak, methi, chopped coriander leaves

  • 02

    add red chilli powder, salt and chatmasala

  • 03

    Add little oil as monh and make dough using water...

  • 04

    Follow the Collage for further steps...

    After commpleting collage steps cook it on tawa ..used for roti making using oil together....

    Serve with green chutney & tomato aauce or tea or alone as you like...
