Mash all brown rice in a bowl
add mashed green peas in it
now add coriander leaves
now and maida in it
now add garlic ginger and chilli paste
now add lemon juice that is lime juice
add salt it
mix all is ingredients properly and keep the bar for 10 minutes outside
now make small balls from the dough
now roll the balls in maida and cover with it
now deep fry them
ready after fry
serve with papad salad or green chutney
