Boil the milk in a container for 10 min in high heat
Lower the heat to medium once it comes to boil
Every 3 min stir the pot and separate the cream to the sides on the pot
Keep separating the cream to the sides and stir it frequently to avoid it getting stuck in the bottom
Once the milk is reduced to 1/3 add the ground cardamom, diced pistachio, diced cashews and diced almonds to the pot
Add the sugar
Remove the cream from the sides of the pot and add it to the milk
Keep stirring till the consistency is right
Allow it to cool and serve
