Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 30 lemon juice


  • 1 kg sugar


  • 10gm grated ginger


  • 25-30 leaves of pudina


  • 1 litre water


  • 1 teaspoon black salt

Directions

  • Make ek taar ki chashni by taking 1 litre of water and 1 kg of sugar
  • Take juice of 30 lemons
  • Let the chashni cool
  • Grind pudina and ginger into a paste
  • )Mix paste lemon juice in the chashni
  • Strain it and store it
  • While making the sorbet 1:7 ratio can be made to drink
  • While serving add bit of salt
  • Add ice in it and serve it cool
