Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 30 lemon juice

  • 1 kg sugar

  • 10gm grated ginger

  • 25-30 leaves of pudina

  • 1 litre water

  • 1 teaspoon black salt

Directions

    Make ek taar ki chashni by taking 1 litre of water and 1 kg of sugar

  • 02

    Take juice of 30 lemons

  • 03

    Let the chashni cool

  • 04

    Grind pudina and ginger into a paste

  • 05

    )Mix paste lemon juice in the chashni

  • 06

    Strain it and store it

  • 07

    While making the sorbet 1:7 ratio can be made to drink

  • 08

    While serving add bit of salt

  • 09

    Add ice in it and serve it cool
