Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups soybean chunks


  • 1 medium onion


  • 1 small tomato


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Add soybean chunks in a hot water and let them cook until they become soft. Once done cool them and remove all water from chunks and cut them finely
  • In kadai add oil, once hot add jeera, finely chopped onion.
  • Once onions are translucent add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
  • Let tomato become soft, and smash them, and add garam masala.
  • Add soybean kheema and slit green chillies and some curry leaves
  • Cover kheema and cook for 2 mins
  • Serve with fulkas / chapati
