Place the Boneless Chicken Strips in a bowl and add 1tbsp Salt, 1tbsp Pepper, 1tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2tbsp Vinegar, 1 Egg and mix well. Let it marinade for 15mins
Add 1tbsp Corn flour, 1tbsp Maida and coat the chicken well.
Deep Fry the Chicken in a hot oil on medium flame until Golden Brown and set aside.
In a pan add 2tbsp oil. Add 2tbsp Garlic, 1tbsp Ginger, 4 Dried Red Chillies, 1cup Cashew on high flame until brown. Now add in 1 Chopped Onion, 1cup Capsicum on high flame.
Pour 2tbsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1tbsp Soy Sauce, 3tbsp Tomato Ketchup,1/2tbsp Sugar, 1/2tbsp Pepper. Let it thicken for 2minutes.
When the sauce dries up and sticks to the Chicken, add 20ml of water and let it simmer.
Garnish with some Spring Onion
