Ingredients
Serves 2
500gm chicken
2 medium sized onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
4 cardamom
4 dry red chillies
2 tsp jeera
2 tsp coriander powder
3 tsp garam masala
2 tsp turmeric powder
5 6 black pepper
4 5 curry leaves
2 slit chillies
3 tsp dahi
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Directions
In a grinder add turmeric powder, dry chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, cardamom, jeera and grind to powder.
For marinating chicken, add crushed garlic, grated ginger, curd, grinded masala, salt
In kadai, add 4 tsp of oil, add long sliced onion and cook until they are golden or fried. Add 1 tsp grinded masala ans saute for 1 min
Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook till they are soft and juicy
Add marinated chicken and mix well cover kadai and let it cook for 15 mins.
After 15 mins add slit chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves and cover for next 10 mins. If want dry cover for 5 mins and other 5 mins let it cook on open.
Serve with fulkas, chapati, naan
