Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500gm chicken


  • 2 medium sized onions


  • 2 medium sized tomatoes


  • 4 cardamom


  • 4 dry red chillies


  • 2 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 3 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 5 6 black pepper


  • 4 5 curry leaves


  • 2 slit chillies


  • 3 tsp dahi


  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • In a grinder add turmeric powder, dry chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, cardamom, jeera and grind to powder.
  • For marinating chicken, add crushed garlic, grated ginger, curd, grinded masala, salt
  • In kadai, add 4 tsp of oil, add long sliced onion and cook until they are golden or fried. Add 1 tsp grinded masala ans saute for 1 min
  • Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook till they are soft and juicy
  • Add marinated chicken and mix well cover kadai and let it cook for 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins add slit chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves and cover for next 10 mins. If want dry cover for 5 mins and other 5 mins let it cook on open.
  • Serve with fulkas, chapati, naan
