Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 litre full fat milk


  • 1 small cup sugar


  • 3-4 spoon steamed rice


  • 2 spoon choped dry fruits

Directions

  • Take heavy bottom pan and add 1 litre full fat milk to it. Now boil milk and stirr continuously.
  • Continue boil milk till it reduces quarter in quantity.
  • At this time add cooked rice,sugar and continue stirr till sugar dissolves completely.
  • Now add Dryfruits and mix well.
  • Now cool it at room temperature then keep it in refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled doodhpak with puri or Paratha for best taste.
