Take heavy bottom pan and add 1 litre full fat milk to it.
Now boil milk and stirr continuously.
Continue boil milk till it reduces quarter in quantity.
At this time add cooked rice,sugar and continue stirr till sugar dissolves completely.
Now add Dryfruits and mix well.
Now cool it at room temperature then keep it in refrigerator to chill.
Serve chilled doodhpak with puri or Paratha for best taste.
