  • 300 gram boneless chicken pieces

  • Ginger garic curshed 2 table spoon

  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup

  • Blackpepper powder 2 table spoon

  • Cornflour 4 table.spoon

  • Soya sauce vinegar rice syrup(optional) 1 table spoon each

  • Peanuts 1/2cup

  • Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup

  • 4 dried red chili cut into small pieces

  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon

    Marinate the chicken with salt,black pepper,crushed ginger,lemon juice for 30mnts

    Now coat the chicken with cornflour powder and fry them for 5 mnts in medium flame..keep it aside ...again its time to fry we need to double fry the chicken..again put the chicken in oil until it bcomes golden brown..

    In a pan add 2 table spoon oil and fry the peanuts..keep them.aside..add crushed garlic ,chopped capsicum fry them,add tomato puree,blackpepper,salt ,sugar,vinegar,rice syrup,soya sauce ,dry red chili pieces and cook it until oil separates..

    Now.add the fried chicken.pieces.and penuts ..mix them well....serve hot
