Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Tapioca 2 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Oil 2 cups

  • Chilly powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Cut the Tapioca into small thin round pieces. then cut them into match sticks size.

  • 02

    Heat oil in pan

  • 03

    Fry the tapioca until turns to golden brown color

  • 04

    Strain them off and sprinkle salt and chilli powder and,ix well
