  • Tofu -400 grams


  • Coconut Milk-1 1/2cup


  • veggies-Tomato,Onion,Greenpeas-1Cup


  • Spices Ingredients-1Tsp

Directions

  • 1.Remove excess water from tofu and place tofu pieces in air fryer at 400C for 15 mins.So that it will not break.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in pan add air fried tofu pieces and sauté for 1 min.
  • 3. In another pan add cumin,mustard seeds,onion,Green chili’s,green peas,ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add Tomatoes.Cook until tomatos get mashed.Now add all the spices ingredients and mix well.
  • 5. Add Tofu,Coconut Milk,Sugar and mix well.Cook for 3 minutes so that the coconut milk get mixed with all veggies and tofu.
  • 6. Simmer until it gets thickened.Serve hot with Rice or Chapati and garnish with coriander.
