1.Remove excess water from tofu and place tofu pieces in air fryer at 400C for 15 mins.So that it will not break.
2. Heat olive oil in pan add air fried tofu pieces and sauté for 1 min.
3. In another pan add cumin,mustard seeds,onion,Green chili’s,green peas,ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Add Tomatoes.Cook until tomatos get mashed.Now add all the spices ingredients and mix well.
5. Add Tofu,Coconut Milk,Sugar and mix well.Cook for 3 minutes so that the coconut milk get mixed with all veggies and tofu.
6. Simmer until it gets thickened.Serve hot with Rice or Chapati and garnish with coriander.
