Take a bowl and add maida, salt,Powder sugar and 3 spoon oil.now mix well.
Knead a dough by adding chilled water.
Now add little oil and make dough smooth by kneading for 1-2 minutes.
Now make equall balls from dough and roll balls to make thick chapatis.
Now cut horizontally and vertical both to give shape of sakkarpara.
Now heat oil in kadai and fry all sakkarpara till golden in colour.
Now enjoy sweet and salty sakkarpare.
