Add soaked moong daal grinder jar, green chillie, ginger, salt red chilli powder turmeric powder,
Grind it to a fine paste
Transfer the mixture in bowl and give it to a nice whisk with hand, so we get the fluffy mixture
Heat enough oil in frying pan,
Drop small moong daal mixture in it, and fry them till it become golden brown in colour, drain them on tissue paper to remove excess oil, keep them aside.
Save 2 tbs moong daal batter, for gravy
Now in this batter add curd and 2 cup water, mix it well
Now take a pan add 1 tsp oil,
Add jeera seed, green chillies, ginger
Now slow the flame and add curd mixture
Add red chillies powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Salt give it a nice mix.
Let them boil this mixture on slow flame with continues stirring
After 15 min add fried moong karara on it, add garam masala, cook it for next 5 - 7 min on
Granish with coriander leaves, your minimum ingredients healthy sabji is ready to eat
