  • 2 cup warm water

  • 2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 2 tablespoon active dry yest

  • 2 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cups of additional flour

  • 10 grams baking soda


  • In a mixing bowl mix the water, sugar, yest, 2 cups of flour and salt. And leave the mixture double in size for 10 min in a warm place
  • After 10 min, add 1/2 cup of oil and 10 grams of baking soda
  • Then start adding flour until you get a soft non sticky dough
  • Cut the dough into 8 balls with the same size
  • In a clean surface spread one ball into a thin cercle than roll it into a baguette, do the same for the rest and brush the with egg. And as a decorative touch cut the loaves with a sharp knife but just the top not all the way through
  • Let it rest for half an hour than bake int until it gain a golden crust
