  • Maida 2 cups

  • Slat 1 tsp

  • Potato- boiled 1 cups

  • Ajwain 1 tsp

  • Oil for deep fry 1 cups

  • onion 1 nos

Directions

    Take a bowl and add maida, ajwain ,salt and make dough

    Roll dough Into A Thin Oval Shape Cut Into 2 Semi-Circles. Take A Semi-Circle. Apply Water On The Straight Edge Of The Semi-Circle. Hold The Semi-Circle In Your Hand, Fold The Straight Edge, Bringing Together The Watered Edges, Seal The Watered Edges Into A Triangular Pocket.

    Fill with already prepared potato masala.

    Deep Fry In Oil Till Brown. color
