  • Onion 3 (including for dosai


  • Tomatoes 2


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Tamarind 1 small size


  • Dosai batter 2 cups


  • Red chillis 2


  • Garlic cloves 2


  • Green chilli 1


  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

  • To make onion dosai. Heat the tawa pour the batter make a thin crispy dosa and take finely chopped onions and place it on the middle of the dosa and spread it
  • Fold it as shown the picture
  • Vengaya chutney take a pan and pour in some oil add roughly chopped tomatoes and onions and some coriender seeds if you like the flavour of it
  • After it is golden brown add the red chilli green chilli garlic and tamarind
  • Transfer to a mixi jar and grind it adjust the salt according to your taste
