Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped


  • 3 Chilli Peppers, Chopped


  • 320g Long Grain Rice


  • 3 Cups Water


  • 2 Tsp Salt


  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


  • 1 Cube, Chicken Seasoning


  • 1 Egg (Optional)

Directions

  • Boil Water in pot for 5 minutes or until a roaring boil.
  • Add Rice and, cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, add 1 tsp salt and Chicken season cube.
  • (Optional) Boil egg in water for 10 minutes.
  • In a nonstick pan, sauté chopped onions and peppers in oil and 1 tsp salt, over low heat for 4 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice into the sautéed vegetables and stir for 1 minutes or until well incorporated.
  • Plate and Enjoy.
