Boil Water in pot for 5 minutes or until a roaring boil.
Add Rice and, cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, add 1 tsp salt and Chicken season cube.
(Optional) Boil egg in water for 10 minutes.
In a nonstick pan, sauté chopped onions and peppers in oil and 1 tsp salt, over low heat for 4 minutes.
Add cooked rice into the sautéed vegetables and stir for 1 minutes or until well incorporated.
Plate and Enjoy.
