Ingredients

Serves 4

  • onion 2 nos

  • Green chilies 5 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • garlic 12 nos

  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon 2 piece

  • Cloves 6 nos

  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leaves 3 sprig

  • Coconut Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Marinate the cleaned pork pieces with salt, turmeric and Vinegar. Keep aside.

    Grind Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper , Cinnamon, Cloves and Mustard to a fine paste.

    Heat coconut oil in a Pressure cooker, add curry leaves, green chilies and sliced onions and saute till limp.

    Then add the ground Masala paste. Fry for some time

    Then add the ground Masala paste. Fry for some time

    Add the marinated Pork Pieces and combine well.

    Add salt to taste and finally add vinegar and mix well.

    Pressure cook till soft.

    Heat some oil in a pan. Fry sliced onions and curry leaves. Add Pepper Powder and Garam Masala.

  • 10

    Roast the Pork pieces in this till it is dry.
