Cracked wheat 1 cups
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Red chilly 2 nos
Curry leaves 1 sprig
onion 1 nos
Grated Coconut 1/4 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Water 2 cups
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add red chilli,and curry leaves.
Then add chopped onion and Saute until they turn transparent.
Then pour 2 cups of water and enough salt
When water starts boiling, reduce the heat to low, add cracked wheat with one hand and stir with your other hand.
Mix well and cook covered on low heat.
Once all the water has evaporated, add grated coconut and cook covered for another 2 minutes.
