Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 1 litre

  • Semiya 1 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Cashew nuts 10 nos

  • Raisins 10 nos

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a pan , fry cashew nuts and raisins in ghee once fried remove them and keep aside

  • 02

    Add semiya to the ghee and rost for 2 minutes

  • 03

    Add milk and let it boil well

  • 04

    Once the semiya cooked completely,add suger and stir slowly about 15 minutes

  • 05

    Finally add fried cashew nuts and raisins to the payasam
