Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 cups semiya


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 10 nos cashew nuts


  • 10 nos raisins


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • In a pan , fry cashew nuts and raisins in ghee once fried remove them and keep aside
  • Add semiya to the ghee and rost for 2 minutes
  • Add milk and let it boil well
  • Once the semiya cooked completely,add suger and stir slowly about 15 minutes
  • Finally add fried cashew nuts and raisins to the payasam
