To make the marinade, add 1tbsp each of Green Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Black Pepper, Salt, Oil, Red food colouring, Vinegar, Chopped Ginger and Garlic. Add the egg white along with 3 cups of Maida and 2 cups of Corn Flour.
Add the Chicken Lollipops and set it aside for 30mins.
In a deep fry pan/wok, add 200ml oil and deep fry these Chicken Lollipops until reddish brown on medium flame.
In another pan, pour 3tbsp oil, add 1tbsp Ginger,1tbsp Garlic,1tbsp Green Chilli and saute till golden brown. Add the large Onion and fry for 3mins on medium high.
Add 2tbsp Tomato Ketchup,2tbsp Red chilli Sauce, 1tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Vinegar 1tbsp Salt and 1tbsp Pepper powder. After a minute, add 150ml water and let it boil for 2minutes.
Add the fried Chicken Lollipops and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Garnish with 2tbsp Spring Onion.
