  • 2raw mangoes

  • 1tsp green chillies

  • 1/2cup coriender leaves

  • 2tsp black salt

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • 1glass of water

    Here the mangoes are roasted on an open flame (fire stove or on charcoal) till the pulp is cooked and softens

  • 02

    Peel the mangoes and extract the soft pulp out of it.

  • 03

    Add the pulp into a jar. Add powdered sugar into it and stir well until the sugar dissolves.

  • 04

    Add common salt and black salt into it and stir well. Add black pepper powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
