Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 cups nestlÉ milkmaid sweetened condensed milk
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 3 tsp chocolate crushed

Directions

  • Whip the cream in a bowl till thick & fluffy, add 3/4 tin MILKMAID & vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Pour into a freezer container and freeze till set.
  • Add to milk and Chocolate mix well to form a paste.
  • Add 1/4 tin MILKMAID and butter. Heat over a medium flame till thick & glossy.
  • Serve the chocolate with the ice-cream.
