  • 2 nos nendra pazham banana (ripe)


  • 1 cups all purpose flour (maida)


  • 1/4 cups rice flour


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 2 cups sunflower oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Making the batter first and keeping it ready.Cut the banana into thin long stripes, heat the oil in a kadai for deep frying and keep it ready.
  • Once the oil is hot, dip the banana stripes in the mixed batter completely and carefully add it into the oil.
  • Fry till it is crisp on either side and take out the fritter and place it on a paper napkin to drain the oil.
