Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes 200gm


  • Basmati rice 400gm


  • Shahi biriyani masala 2table spoon


  • 2 large onion slice


  • Ginger garlic green chili paste 2table spoon


  • Haldi,red chili powder 1table spoon each

Directions

  • Soak the rice for 30 mnts....mix the paneer cubes with 2table spoon cornflour ,salt ,redchili powder and fry them,keep aside..you can use vegetables like carrot ,beans ,potato.and fry them.
  • Take a cooker,add oil and ghee,,add tejpata,4 cardamom,2 inches cinamon,1black cardamom,7-8 whole blackpepper...add onion,gjnger garlic green chili paste ,fry them,add turmeric,red chili powder,biriyani masala,salt,sugar and fry till oil seperates...now add water ,fried paneer and veggies add ghee ,garam masala powder,,check salt and sugar...rice and water ratio should be 1:1.5..
  • Cover the lid of the cooker ,,it needs one citi ..then switch off the flame and wait till pressure releases...then open it and serve hot.
