Ingredients

  • 2 cups Desicated Coconut


  • 4 tablespoon condensed milk


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 tsp red food color

Directions

  • First of all take a pan and put desicated coconut in it and roast it just for second's color should not change, just raw smell removed.
  • Now take out the roasted coconut in a bowl, add condensed milk and mix it well.
  • Now add vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Now divide this mixture into 2 parts. In first Mixture add the red color and mix well. Red colour mixture is ready and the second part remain white
  • Now first of all spread the red colored mixture like chapati
  • Now spread the white mixture over the red color mixture, and roll it slowly, make a roller.
  • Wrap the roll with clean wrap.Now keep the rolls for 2 hours to set in freeze. The roll will set after 2 hours. Now take it out and cut it into round shape .
  • Now serve the coconut Swiss roll, garnished with Cherry and pistachio
