Take a sauce pan.
Add milk into it and bring it to one boil.
After that add sugar, dark chocolate, coco powder and coffee powder into it.
Mix it well.
Let it boil for 5-8 minutes or until turns little thick by stirring it on Medium flame.
After that turn off the flame and pour it into serving glass.
Serve hot.
Hot chocolate is ready to be serve.
