Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 250 milli milk

  • 50 gram sugar

  • 50 gram besan ..chickpea atta

  • 1 pinch of salt & turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon ghee

  • 3 tablespoon dry fruits

  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Directions

  • 01

    Add sugar to milk & keep for boiling

  • 02

    Kneed dough for shev ..add pinch of salt & turmeric to besan & knead it by adding water & ghee

  • 03

    Make besan shev & directly add to boiling milk

  • 04

    After 10 min add cardamom powder & dry fruit to it ,& boil until shev is properly cooked

  • 05

    Serve hot or chilled
