  • 1+½ cup moong daal chilkewali

  • 1 cup besan

  • 2 tsp or as per taste salt

  • 1 tsp carrom seeds

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp dhaniya powder

  • 4 tsp oil to cook chila

  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste

    Soak moong dal in water for 4 hours. Then drain the water and transfer it to mixi jar.

    Grind it to a paste. Make batter like dosa batter consistency

    Add besan to it. Combine it properly. For next 5 minutes whisk it to one direction.

    Add salt,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, carrom seeds, ginger garlic chilli paste to it. Combine it well.

    Add turmeric powder to it and mix well

    Pour over a laddel full of batter over a non stick pan. Let it get cook from one side.

    Now turnover it and cook it from other side. Use little oil to get it cooked.

    Prepare all the chillas like this way. Serve along with curd and pickle.
