  • 1 cup rice flour

  • 1 chamch jeera

  • 1 chamch jeera powder

  • 1 cham / to taste Salt

  • 1 chamch ajwin seeds

  • 2 chamch chopar me crush tikhi mirch

  • 2 cup water

  • 2 chamch oil

  • 1 chamch Achar masala

  • 1 kaotori Oil

    Sabse pahele ek patli le or usme Pani garam Karne rakhiye or. Pani me jeera or bhuna jeera powder ,salt or ajwain or choped mirchi Dal ke Pani ko ubaliye or 2 katori se Pani 1.1/4 katori rahe utna ubalna he Pani ko or fir usme thoda oil BHI daliye .Pani ublne me shayad 10 minit tak ubaliye to ho jayega utna Pani. Ab uble Pani me rice flour ko daliye or hilte rahiye ha gutliya na pade ye dhyan rakhna he . Or sab ata Pani me mix Karna he.or fir dhiri ACha par usko 15 minit sekna he. 15 minit baad isko ek plat me lijye or upar se Achar masala chidke or singtail ke sath isko parose. To taiyar he gujrati khichu.
