Heat the pan drizzle some oil and add the cinamon sticks cloves and fennel seeds
Add finely chopped onions green chilli curryleaves tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes
Add the mashed potatoes and pour the light coconut milk and and salt to garnish and mix it
Keep it close till 10 min
Add the thick coconut milk and your (fav veges) and let ot boil for another 10min
Garnish with coriender
