Ingredients

  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup all purpose flour maida


  • 1 cup dahi


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 cup warm milk

Directions

  • In large bowl, mix all the ingredients except milk.
  • Knead dough with milk as required. Once dough is made grease with oil and cover for 2 hrs with wet cloth.
  • Make small balls of the dough and roll them in the shape as required. Use maida for rolling. Roll one side with coriander leaves, garlic sesame seeds.
  • On the other side of naan, grease with water and place it on hot tava with water side down.
  • Serve with sabji, chicken gravy
