Microwave sweet corn by adding little water to it for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile heat 1bsp butter in heavy bottom pan add salt and chat masala .
Strain water from the corns and add corns to butter.
Toss well and switch off the gas.add lemon juice and serve hot.
