Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 eggs


  • 2 bread slice


  • 2 cup milk


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 2 bananas


  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  • In cake pan, 3 tsp of sugar and heat it. Once sugar starts to caramelize turn off the heat and spread evenly on pan. Place sliced banana on caramel
  • In large bowl, add eggs, sugar and beat the mixture to smooth paste, add fine bread crumbs to the mixture and mix well. Add milk to form free flowing mixture.
  • Heat cooker with 2 cups water at bottom with stand , and place the pan on stand and pour the pudding mixture to pan. Add cinnamon powder on top.
  • Cook for 20 mins, once cooled down to room temperature place it in refrigerator
