In cake pan, 3 tsp of sugar and heat it. Once sugar starts to caramelize turn off the heat and spread evenly on pan. Place sliced banana on caramel
In large bowl, add eggs, sugar and beat the mixture to smooth paste, add fine bread crumbs to the mixture and mix well. Add milk to form free flowing mixture.
Heat cooker with 2 cups water at bottom with stand , and place the pan on stand and pour the pudding mixture to pan. Add cinnamon powder on top.
Cook for 20 mins, once cooled down to room temperature place it in refrigerator
