Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup powder dry coconut along with brown part


  • 1/2 cup 1tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 cup water


  • 1 tbsp desi ghee

Directions

  • Cut coconut in small pieces to grind in mixer make powder.
  • Heat a heavy bottom kadhai and add ghee.add coconut powder on low flame. Cook till lightly golden.
  • In a pan add sugar and water both on low flame till sugar dissolves than higher the flame and make 1 string chashni.
  • After sugar dissolves well and syrup thickens check the syrup after syrup ready add cooked coconut and mix well immediately.
  • Spread in a greased plate,it will set in 10 minutes. Cut and ready to serve.
