2 big potatoes
1/4 tsp Salt
Peel and slice the potatoes in very thin slice.dip on cold water and rinse well untill all the starch of potatoes get clean.
Spread the slices of potatoes on kitchen towel to dry well.
Fry in hot oil on high flame.sprinkle salt and serve
