  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Peel and slice the potatoes in very thin slice.dip on cold water and rinse well untill all the starch of potatoes get clean.
  • Spread the slices of potatoes on kitchen towel to dry well.
  • Fry in hot oil on high flame.sprinkle salt and serve
