1 big potato
50 gm paneer grated
1 Green chilli chopped
20 tooth picks
1/2 tsp salt
Peel and slice potatoes thinly. Dip in cold water for 2 minute and rinse.dry on Kitchen towel.
Mix paneer, green chilli and salt. Mix well.
Take 1 tsp of paneer mixture and place it on potato slice.
Secure it with toothpicks and keep aside.do the sane with all.
Fry in hot oil.
