Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2tbsp Oil


  • 1tbsp Jeera


  • 2 Bay Leaves


  • 1 Cinnamon Stick


  • 6 Cloves


  • 3 Green Cardamom


  • 4 Peppercorns


  • 3 Medium Onions


  • 1 inch Ginger


  • 2 Green Chillies


  • 6 Garlic Cloves


  • 10 Cashew Nuts


  • 5 Tomatoes


  • 5 Dry Red Chillies


  • 2tbsp Salt


  • 6 Juliennes Ginger


  • 2 cubes of Butter


  • 100gms Grated Paneer


  • 400gms Paneer


  • 1tbsp Sugar


  • 1tbsp Garam Masala


  • 1tbsp Kasuri Methi


  • 1tbsp Fresh Cream


  • 1tbsp Coriander

Directions

  • In a pan on medium flame, pour 1tbsp Oil and add 1tbsp Jeera, 2 Bay leaves, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 6 Cloves, 4 Peppercorns and 3 Green Cardamom. Roast it for about a minute.
  • Add the 3 Onions, 1 inch Ginger, 6 Garlic Cloves ,2 Green Chillies and fry until Onions are lightly brown.
  • Add the 5 Tomatoes, 10 Cashews, 5 Dry Red Chillies and 1tbsp Salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • After pouring 300ml water, cover and cook for 10minutes on medium-low flame.
  • Cool and Grind this mixture into a fine paste.
  • In another pan, pour 1tbsp oil,2cubes of Butter and 6 Juliennes of Ginger and let it sweat. Pour in the mixture and let it cook for 2minutes. After adding 200ml of water, cover and cook for 8minutes.
  • Add 100gms of Grated Paneer and 400gms of Paneer. Stir and cook for 4minutes.
  • Add 1tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Garam Masala, 1tbsp Kasuri Methi and 1tbsp Fresh Cream.
  • Garnish with some Fresh Coriander
